This article explains you how to view or delete an account on Surf Neutral.
View your Account information
On your Desktop or Tablet:
- Click on the Initials of your account name or profile picture you have added.
- Click on the 'My Profile' icon.
You will be directed to your profile page
On your Mobile device:
Click on the 'Brand' profile picture
You will then be directed to your profile page.
Delete your account information:
Execute one of the above steps depending your device to view your profile information.
Scroll down and press the 'Delete Account. button.
An email will be sent to the 'Surf Neutral' admin to check if the connected account has registered boards in the field.
Deleting an account with registered boards:
When an account delete is required for an account that has boards in the field, the account will be set to 'inactive'. We are doing that to support future scans of any boards.
Deleting an account with no registered boards:
When a delete account request is done for users that have no boards registered, we will remove all account information.
