This article explains to you how to add your personal information.


Before you can start creating your personal information on Surf Neutral, you will need to 


  1. Sign Up
  2. Log In
  3. Be in Shaper mode

View your Account information


On Desktop or Tablet


  1. Click on the Initials of your account name or profile picture added.

  2. Click on the My Profile icon.


You will be directed to the profile page



On Mobile device


Click on the "Brand" profile picture to access your profile information.





On this profile page, you have three different tabs

  1. "ACCOUNT INFO" tab -> including your general profile information on Surf Neutral
  2. "MY BRAND" tab -> on this tab, a shaper can add all his company information, including his brand story, logo, Instagram and Facebook account.
  3. "ABOUT ME" tab -> on this tab, Surf Neutral asks some questions to the shaper about his style and person.


Adding your Personal information in the 'ABOUT ME' tab


As a shaper, you can change and update your personal information any time. When changing a field, you will need to push the 'UPDATE' button for the changes to take effect.



What can be added or changed on the 'ABOUT ME' page?


  1. Edit /Add or clear the profile picture:

    Surf Neutral uses this profile picture in your surfer mode.

  2. Your First Name:

    The name that you have entered during the Sign-Up process.

  3. Your Last Name:

    The name that you have entered during the Sign-Up process

  4. Country information

    Information about your shaping location.

  5. My Local Surf Break

    Information about your local break, where can we find you most of the time?

  6. Your Date of Birth?

    Select your date of birth

  7. When did you start surfing?

    Select a year

  8. When did you start shaping?

    Select a year

  9. Is shaping your full-time occupancy?

    Yes/No
    If selecting "No", we ask you to tell us what you are doing besides shaping?


  10. Who or what inspired you to start shaping?

    Answer in free text

  11. How many boards Have you shaped so far?

    Dropdown box, select the value that is closest to your shaping numbers.

  12. What is your shaping style?

    Dropdown box, select the value that is closest to your shaping style.

  13. Are you glassing your boards?

    Yes/No
    If selecting "No", we ask you to tell us where you get your boards glassed.

  14. What s your favourite material to work with?

    A dropdown box where you can select your favourite material is presented.

  15. Shapers BIO

    This is the place where a shaper can tell his personal story.

  16. Upload video of your story

    This is the place where a shaper can add his personal story.
