Intro
This section explains how to transfer a board to a surfer. When a Surfer accepts the board transfer the board location will change on the shapers map. In this case a shaper can see the area (+- 300m for privacy reasons) where his board is registered.
There are 3 methods to transfer a board to a surfer
- Attach the surfer to an order form
- Attach the surfer when registering a board
- Transfer a registered board to a surfer

1. Attach the surfer to an order form
During the 'Add Board' Process as described in this LINK
A Surfer can be added if the shaper knows the surfers username.
Select the Drop down menu on the 'Add Board' page and start typing the surfers username to find it.
When the surfers username is added the shaper will see the surfers avatar and name next to the order form in the factory page. More information about the factory page can be found on this LINK
2. Attach the surfer when registering a board
When a shaper registers his Surf Board he can add a surfer to the board directly in the case he knows the surfers username. More information on registering boards can be found on this LINK.
Select the Drop down menu on the 'Register Board' page and start typing the surfers username to find it.
When a surfer was added during the registration process he will receive an email as presented below:

The Surfer is now able to view the registered Surf Board, to Log-in and to accept the board transfer.

3. Transfer a registered board to a Surfer.
When a board was registered on the platform you can quickly transfer a board to a surfer.
Go to the dashboard and press the 'Transfer' Icon
You are now directed to the 'All Board' page including the filter on 'Boards Available. All boards which are registered with no Surfer attached are automatically 'STOCK' Boards and can be transferred to surfers.
3.1 SEARCH BOARD
This is the filter section to search for boards
3.2 SWITCH TO BOARD INFO VIEW
Pressing the menu button will show information about the board. When you are the owner of the board some additional icons will pop up.

Press 'Transfer (3)' To transfer the board to a surfer. When a surfer accepts the board transfer the location of the board will be changed and a story will be added to the board blog.
pressing 'Transfer (3)' Opens a POP UP screen where the Shaper can add the surfers Email or search for the surfers username.
3.2.1 Search for a user on Surf Neutral, Select the user and press 'Continue' to initiate the Board transfer process.
3.2.2 Add the Surfers email address and press 'Continue' to initiate the Board transfer process.
When a surfer is not a user on Surf Neutral he will get the following email:

Message: You've been invited to join Surf Neutral

3.2.3 Cancel the Transfer process
3.3 CANCEL THE BOARD TRANSFER
When a board was transferred to a surfer the transfer can be cancelled by the shaper. A cancel can be initiated when the board is returned or refused by the surfer. When a board Transfer cancel is approved the board will be available again for transfer as described in point 3.2 of this article.
To Cancel the board transfer you need to press the cancel transfer icon which is number 2 in the above picture.
