Intro
This section explains the Finance tab for shapers.
In the event a shaper rents out a surfboard he will earn EURO's into his personal Surf Neutral Wallet. At any time and when the legal documents are required he or she will be able to transfer the money from the personal Wallet onto his or her bank account.
To rent out Surfboards we do not require any personal information however basic information about the shaper is always nice to know when you are a surfer.
View your financial information
When you first logon to Surf Neutral we are hiding the Financial tab functions as we need some basic information about our users. This is for legal and security reasons and to protect our users. The basic information required is:
- Date of Birth
- Country of residence
- Nationality
To provide us with the information you need to complete our ABOUT ME section.

My Wallet
When a Surfer rents a surfboard, an approval request is sent to the shaper.
As soon the shaper approves the rental the money is reserved from the surfers prefered payment method and transferred into an escrow wallet between the shaper and the surfer. --> How do I approve a rental request?
When the rental has passed by 24 hours and there was no report on damage or loss or cancellation the shaper will receive his money into his Surf Neutral wallet.
When there is money into the Surf Neutral Wallet a shaper can request a payout to his bank account.
To get a payout to your bank account KYC documents need to be uploaded to confirm the identity and avoid anti-money laundry.... (legal stuff) and obviously your bank details as explained below.

KYC (Know Your Customer)
KYC check is the mandatory process of identifying and verifying the identity of the board host when opening an account and periodically over time. In other words, banks must make sure that their clients are genuinely who they claim to be.
To get money transferred to your bank account Banks require one of the following documents:
- Passport copy
- ID card
- Drivers licence
Press "Choose File" and upload one of the above.
Press "Upload".
Bank Details
For us to transfer money from your Surf Neutral Wallet to your bank account we obviously need to know your bank details.
So complete details under Bank Details and press "Save".
